What you will do
- Own billing, margin and revenue performance of the Manchester Tech function across contract and permanent markets
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of recruitment consultants, setting targets and coaching for growth
- Collaborate with Leeds tech team and Enablis consultancy to identify cross-selling and SOW opportunities
- Build relationships with key clients in UK and EU tech sector and work with BD teams to win new business
- Monitor metrics like pipeline health, conversion rates and consultant performance, using CRM/ATS tools
- Recruit and onboard new team members while fostering a high-performance culture
Requirements
- 2+ years managing a recruitment team, ideally in tech, engineering or digital sectors
- Demonstrable track record exceeding billing and margin targets in contract and permanent markets
- Experience scaling recruitment teams in high-growth environments
- Strong commercial acumen, business development and senior client relationship management
- Deep knowledge of recruitment dynamics including rates, compliance and renewals
- Excellent communicator, coach and data-driven decision maker using dashboards/metrics
Nice to have
- Prior experience in recruitment scale-ups
- Tech or engineering recruitment vertical experience
- Existing network in UK or EU tech
- Familiarity with Fruition's sectors
