What you will do
- Implement and execute channel strategy for Northern Europe, Middle East, and Africa aligned with growth objectives.
- Develop and lead strategic sales plans and revenue targets with key growth partners.
- Manage pipeline, deal flow, and forecasts between partners and sales teams.
- Scan market, recruit high-potential channel partners, and execute scale growth plans with distributors.
- Drive account-based marketing, promote solutions, and ensure partner training and enablement.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors and collaborate across teams to address partner needs.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years experience managing reseller partners in UK and Europe
- English required
- Travel required: ~30-50%
- Proficiency in AI tools like generative AI (Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate work and evaluate outputs.
