TL;DR

Location: Barcelona Office, On-site (Remote flexibility up to 2 months/year with manager approval)

What you will do

  • Lead cold calling, prospecting, and demo booking to drive team quota achievement
  • Coach, train, and provide feedback to improve SDR performance
  • Monitor metrics, review performance, and ensure accurate forecasting and healthy pipelines
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on lead quality, handovers, and career development
  • Optimize sales processes, workflows, and qualification practices
  • Foster high-performance team culture with recognition and growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years managing SDR team (outbound sales/cold calling preferred)
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent English and French (written/spoken)
  • Strong communication and leadership to inspire/motivate
  • Results-driven with continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales performance tracking
