What you will do

  • Take ownership of cold calling, prospecting, and booking demos while carrying personal quota
  • Coach, train, and provide feedback to improve SDR performance
  • Monitor metrics, review performance, ensure healthy pipelines and accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on lead handovers and feedback
  • Optimize processes, workflows, and qualification practices
  • Foster high-performance team culture with recognition and development

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • 1-2+ years managing SDR team (outbound sales or cold calling preferred)
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communicator and leader able to inspire and motivate
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales performance tracking
  • Results-driven proactive problem-solver
