What you will do

  • Lead cold calling and demo booking efforts while carrying personal quota
  • Coach, train, and provide feedback to improve SDR performance
  • Monitor metrics, review performance, and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on lead handovers and feedback
  • Optimize processes, workflows, and qualification practices
  • Foster high-performance team culture with recognition and development

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years managing SDR team (outbound sales or cold calling preferred)
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communicator and leader able to inspire others
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales performance tracking
  • Proactive problem-solver committed to team success
