What you will do

  • Manage multiple client accounts with full ownership of their success and satisfaction.
  • Execute complete sales cycles, generate qualified leads, and book high-value meetings on behalf of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations.
  • Support client growth through targeted outbound campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clients to optimize their business development strategies.
  • Track and report on client performance metrics and ROI.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a background in account management and client success.
  • Deep understanding of the Southeast Asia business landscape, markets, and cultural nuances.
  • Strong outbound sales capabilities, including lead generation and relationship building.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule within APAC business hours.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the SaaS or construction industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and client success platforms.
