TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (AEC): Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for Texas and Oklahoma region in AEC, Surveying, and Laser Scanning verticals with an accent on developing new customers and growing existing relationships. Focus on managing sales pipeline, producing reliable forecasts, closing deals for hirify.global VLX Indoor Mobile Mapping system, and showcasing at trade shows.

Location: US Remote / Hybrid (Texas and Oklahoma region). Must have work authorization for the United States and be currently based in or willing to relocate to Texas or Oklahoma.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals for customers in Texas and Oklahoma.
  • Showcase hirify.global solutions at local and national trade shows to generate visibility and leads.
  • Manage sales pipeline, produce reliable forecasts, and achieve high conversion rates.
  • Crush quota by closing deals for the hirify.global VLX Indoor Mobile Mapping system.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to improve products and go-to-market strategies.
  • Engage and manage multiple stakeholders up to C-level across functions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in AEC space selling SaaS solutions and/or technical hardware (laser scanning, surveying, construction engineering, facility mapping), or equivalent hands-on experience in AEC/surveying with reality capture exposure.
  • Consultative and strategic sales style combined with determination.
  • Curiosity about technology and ability to navigate technical topics.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to travel across the region to meet customers in person.
  • Work authorization for the United States.
  • Currently based in or willing to relocate to Texas or Oklahoma, USA.

Nice to have

  • Sound knowledge of point clouds and their representation of 3D scanning data.
