Requirements

• 4-6 years experience as Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Lead.
• Proven experience in banking or finance sector.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional team coordination skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering and project delivery.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in international and demanding environment.
