What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and challenge business needs, translating them into actionable specifications.
- Coordinate between business and IT teams, managing priorities and alignment with objectives.
- Organize and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables in an agile environment.
- Contribute to project governance, reporting, and clear communication across stakeholders.
- Guarantee respect of scope, quality, and deadlines.
Requirements
- 4-6 years experience as Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Lead.
- Proven experience in banking or finance sector.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional team coordination skills.
- Experience in requirements gathering and project delivery.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable in international and demanding environment.
