Project Manager

TL;DR

Project Manager: Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives supporting Academic and Government, STMJ, and Corporate Markets business units with an accent on agile delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and strong governance. Focus on translating strategy into roadmaps, managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring measurable business impact.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery from discovery to benefits realization, translating strategy into roadmaps with milestones and metrics.
• Build relationships with product, engineering, data, and executive stakeholders for alignment and transparent communication.
• Plan and execute complex projects using agile methodologies, managing dependencies, risks, and progress tracking.
• Maintain governance, reporting, and metrics in line with technology standards.
• Promote delivery best practices and contribute to scalable delivery capabilities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years proven experience leading complex projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Lean methodologies, translating strategy into delivery plans.
• Demonstrated project leadership, execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, analytical, and strategic skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with data, analytics, digital platforms, or GenAI initiatives.
