What you will do

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-team projects for a payment orchestration platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, priorities, and timelines
• Facilitate communication across engineering, QA, and product teams
• Track progress, manage risks, dependencies, and escalations for timely delivery
• Mentor team members and promote best practices
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and optimize workflows
• Build and maintain onsite client relationships

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in software development or fintech
• Strong project planning, coordination, and delivery skills
• Experience with high-volume, high-performance backend or financial systems
• Risk, issue, and change management
• Agile/Scrum and continuous delivery
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, QA, and product teams
• Upper-Intermediate+ English
• Location in Zagreb or ability to commute daily

Nice to have

• Background in Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services
• Fluency in Croatian or Ukrainian
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Leadership for mentoring junior PMs
