What you will do

• Define and maintain project plan including scope, timeline, milestones, and budget; set up governance structure with Steering Committee, PMO, and stakeholders.
• Act as main interface between business, IT, SAP consultants, and vendors; lead status meetings and prepare executive reporting on KPIs, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate business requirements gathering, translate into SAP functional/technical deliverables, and manage scope changes, CRs, and approvals.
• Monitor progress, remove blockers, and coordinate workstreams such as SAP functional modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP), technical BASIS, integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Maintain risk and issue logs, track dependencies, and ensure mitigation plans; manage team capacity, vendor activities, and project financials.
• Plan and manage SIT/UAT cycles, ensure quality gates; lead cutover plan, go-live readiness, hypercare support, and transition to operations.
• Ensure delivery of documentation including project charter, RAID log, solution design docs, training materials, and SOPs; maintain compliance with processes and audits.

Requirements

• Experience in project governance, planning, and adherence to Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder and communication management skills across business, IT, consultants, and vendors.
• Proficiency in scope, requirement, risk, issue, dependency, resource, vendor, and budget management.
• Knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP), technical aspects (BASIS, integrations, security), data migration, testing, and cutover processes.
• Ability to manage testing cycles, quality assurance, go-live, hypercare, and documentation.
