What you will do

• Support customer operations by assisting with sales contracts, call-offs, order tracking, invoicing, and export/import documentation.
• Coordinate global supply chain activities, including purchase contracts and logistics with origin teams.
• Manage sales documentation such as contracts, agreements, purchase orders, invoices, and handle amendments.
• Contribute to pricing projects for PL tenders, B2B Food Service, and CPG quotations.
• Assist in sales forecasting using historical data, order trends, and customer insights.
• Proactively plan and troubleshoot to ensure smooth contract execution.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Dutch HBO/WO university program and required to complete an internship as part of the curriculum.
• Passionate about customer service and sales support.
• Interested in supply chain and contract logistics.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems.
• Strong problem solver with attention to detail.
• Able to balance multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
