What you will do

• Rotate across multiple trading desks to gain exposure to diverse financial and renewable energy products.
• Conduct cold calling and outreach to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in intensive professional skill-building and negotiation training sessions.
• Work directly on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange trading floor to learn from experienced brokers.
• Develop a competitive, results-driven mindset to outperform the market.

Requirements

• Full-time availability starting August 3rd, 2026 (no holidays allowed during the first 8 weeks).
• Must be able to work on-site in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
• Relevant degree in Finance, Management, International Business, Economics, or similar fields.
• 0-2 years of experience in a sales role with demonstrated commercial instincts.
• Fluency in English and a second language (preferably Dutch, German, French, Italian, or Spanish).

Nice to have

• Education from Hotel Management School, Real Estate, or IVA Business School.
