What you will do

• Provide day-to-day end-user support for laptops, desktops, OS, applications, peripherals, and collaboration tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues; handle onboarding/offboarding.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS environments and local infrastructure like networks, printers, A/V.
• Manage IT assets: tagging, inventory, audits, lifecycle, repairs, and compliance.
• Coordinate procurement, deployment, testing of hardware and accessories per standards.
• Support global IT projects, rollouts, migrations, and M&A transitions with on-site execution.

Requirements

• Diploma/bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in IT support, systems engineering, or desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS and enterprise apps; hardware troubleshooting, deployment, asset management.
• Basic networking: LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP.
• Clear professional English for global teams.
• Ownership, detail-oriented, customer-focused; independent work.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting CI/CD tools/workflows.
