Location: Predominantly office-based in Canberra. Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain baseline clearance are required.

What you will do

• Support and maintain the endpoint SOE and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment.
• Manage build and deployment processes for endpoints and virtual desktops.
• Execute application packaging and provide deployment support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including as-built designs and standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot endpoint and virtual desktop issues to minimize system downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SOE designs with business objectives.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and MS365.
• Experience in SOE task sequence creation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune.
• Strong application packaging and deployment skills.
• Experience with Airlock Digital.
• Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain baseline security clearance.

Nice to have

• Exposure to applying security best practices in line with the Information Security Manual (ISM).
• Familiarity with Copilot.
