What you will do

• Own employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, leave management, document management, and benefits administration using HR systems like HiBob.
• Maintain accurate employee records and partner with Payroll and HR teams for compensation and benefits processing.
• Build recurring and ad-hoc reports on employees, recruitment, payroll, and surveys; conduct data audits and trend analysis.
• Support compensation benchmarking and provide guidance to employees on lifecycle topics.
• Identify process improvements and manage people-related knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on employee experience projects and stay updated on North America employment compliance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in people operations or similar role
• Experience in onboarding, offboarding, leave management with North America laws knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and intermediate Excel skills (formulae, lookups, pivots)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with HR systems (HiBob or similar)
