What you will do

• Provide full fund accounting services to private equity clients, including NAV review and preparation with accruals, security pricing, and reconciliations.
• Review and prepare portfolio pricing, capital calls, distributions, fee schedules, management fees, and waterfalls per fund documents.
• Handle investor allocations, capital transactions, P&L allocation, NAV packages, and ad hoc deliverables.
• Communicate with internal teams and external clients to meet service level agreements.
• Prepare audited financial statements, provide audit assistance, and support regulatory services.

Requirements

• University degree; professional designation (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an asset.
• At least 3 years in fund administration, with 2+ years in private equity.
• Experience with private equity accounting systems, preferably Investran.
• Strong knowledge of private equity structures, regulatory requirements, and waterfall calculations.
• Experience reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) and Offering Memorandums (OMs).
• Supervisory skills, coaching, or mentoring experience.
