AI Solutions Architect - Pre-sales (AI Security)

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales to conduct technical discussions uncovering client security challenges and infrastructure needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations highlighting AI security features and benefits.
• Design customized security solutions based on cybersecurity principles, AI technologies, and best practices.
• Lead proof-of-concept projects to validate solution effectiveness in client environments.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and training for clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute field feedback to product management, engineering, and research for enhancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pre-sales or post-sales solution architecture.
• Proficient with Linux (GNU, Bash).
• Moderate to advanced cloud experience with hands-on IaC.
• Python programming experience.
• AI experience building workflows with LangChain, LangGraph, and MLOps tools.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and events as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
