What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, architecture design, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept across security, networking, and developer platforms.
• Guide technical onboarding, implementation, adoption, and ongoing account expansion.
• Monitor customer health and telemetry, resolving integration bottlenecks and improving time-to-value.
• Own technical relationships with customer executives and engineering stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Carry variable quota responsibility and identify cross-sell, up-sell, retention, and expansion opportunities.
• Use AI agents and internal platforms to automate RFP responses, security questionnaires, sandbox provisioning, and telemetry monitoring.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Broad expertise in web security, networking, routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience working in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment and understanding of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to connect technical implementation details with C-suite business strategy.
• Ability to work with customers across discovery, demonstrations, onboarding, technical health, risk management, renewals, and expansion.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workers AI, AI Gateway, or Vectorize.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or retrieval-augmented generation architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for integrations, API connectors, and edge computing functions.
