What you will do

• Review financial data from clients and load into internal accounting systems.
• Prepare and review consolidations through investment structures using various rules.
• Process fund expense payments, book journal entries for cash and accruals.
• Perform third-party reconciliations of investments and cash.
• Calculate and prepare capital calls, distributions, notices, and fee schedules including management fees and carried interest.
• Prepare investor allocations, NAV packages, and ad hoc deliverables per service agreements.
• Collaborate with clients, banks, auditors, and third parties for smooth delivery.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education/University Degree in finance or accounting.
• Some years of experience in fund administration industry, including managing staff (administrators, investment managers, or fund auditors).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth understanding of fund administration, including fund structures, fee calculations, financial instruments, and offering documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with fund accounting software: Geneva, Investran, or Yardi.
• Working knowledge of Bloomberg.
