What you will do

• Act as client’s main point of contact and project manage onboarding for new fund launches and conversions.
• Coordinate handoffs from sales to client integration and prepare administration agreements.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, custodians, compliance, and internal teams for smooth setups.
• Provide expertise on MUFG systems for traditional, hedge, and private equity mandates.
• Perform and review system set-ups, ensure compliance with ISAE/SOC standards, and complete checklists.
• Respond to clients with superior service and support new product rollouts.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the funds industry
• Experience within the Private Equity space
• Client focused with proven ability to manage client relationships
• Project experience, preferably leading or senior role in client onboarding projects
• Third Level qualification / College Under Graduate Degree desirable
