Senior Fund Accountant (Private Equity)

TL;DR

Senior Fund Accountant (Private Equity): Support day-to-day administration and financial reporting for Private Equity clients with an accent on consolidations, NAV calculations, investor allocations, and fee schedules. Focus on reviewing financial data, processing payments, preparing capital calls and distributions, and collaborating with clients and third parties.

What you will do

• Review financial data from clients and load into internal accounting systems.
• Prepare and review consolidations through investment structures using various rules.
• Process fund expense payments and book related journal entries for cash and accruals.
• Perform third-party reconciliations for investments and cash.
• Calculate and prepare capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest.
• Handle investor allocations per NAV cycle and prepare NAV packages and ad hoc deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients, banks, auditors, and third parties for smooth delivery.

Requirements

• At least a few years' experience in Financial Accounting, Fund Accounting, or Audit.
• CPA/ACCA/CA qualified.

Nice to have

• Private Equity or Private Debt experience.
• Experience with Investran.
