Salary: £42,201 - £45,349 / year

What you will do
- Prepare Costs Budgets (Precedent H), Statements of Costs (N260s), Estimates, and Formal Bills of Costs.
- Negotiate costs budgets and settle claims on best terms.
- Attend Costs CMCs, Detailed Assessment hearings, and application hearings.
- Manage diverse caseload in line with department protocols and service standards.
- Support colleagues with day-to-day coaching and technical guidance as Supervision Buddy.
Requirements
- At least two years’ experience in personal injury costs recovery in Multi Track matters.
- Good understanding of the CPR.
- Strong written and verbal communication, persuasive advocacy, confident negotiation, professional telephone manner.
- Excellent attention to detail, file management, and organisational skills.
- Comfortable using Outlook and Word; experience with Costs Master beneficial.
- Qualified Costs Lawyers preferred, but experienced non-qualified practitioners welcome.
