What you will do

• Serve as key advisor on deal strategy and structuring for Sales, Finance, and Leadership.
• Assess and approve high-impact deals to drive revenue while ensuring policy compliance.
• Optimize pricing, discounting, and contract structures aligned with corporate goals.
• Identify and improve inefficiencies in deal approval processes.
• Spearhead automation of approval workflows to reduce bottlenecks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Customer Success, and Business Technology.
• Provide training to Sales on quoting, pricing, and negotiations; lead pricing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Deal Desk, Order Management, or Revenue Operations in high-growth SaaS.
• Expertise in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ (or similar).
• Strong analytic skills for deal structuring and booking.
• Strategic thinker able to recommend win-win solutions.
• Adaptable, influential, collaborative, resilient in fast-paced environment with extended hours during quarter-ends.
