What you will do

• Act as SME lead on projects supporting strategy by redesigning business models and streamlining processes.
• Scope and deliver operational excellence projects within deadlines and budgets.
• Facilitate client workshops to increase efficiency, release capacity, and reduce errors.
• Analyze complex ideas, build recommendations using data insights and stakeholder views.
• Coach and mentor team on operational excellence methodologies.
• Coordinate workshops and deliver reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Significant experience in the Fund Administration industry.
• Understanding of core business operations or operational excellence in funds industry.
• Strong knowledge of business process design, documentation, improvement, and management (BPR, BPI, BPM).
• Experience in process redesign projects using recognized methodologies.
• Experience with data capture, gap analysis, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Strong understanding of business and operational KPIs and metrics.

Nice to have

• Understanding of fund administration in Private Markets.
• Background in Investor relations, Operational solutions, Product management, or Fund Accounting.
• Exposure to applications like Investran, Yardi, Geneva.
