What you will do

  • Plan, coordinate and execute regulatory activities including certifications, approvals and field inspections based on technical direction from regulatory engineers.
  • Develop and manage regulatory schedules, milestones, dependencies and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
  • Serve as intake point for changes requiring regulatory review from engineering, manufacturing and suppliers, ensuring proper scoping and routing.
  • Coordinate impact assessments, document outcomes and follow through on actions.
  • Track risks, deviations, renewals and commitments; escalate issues to leadership.
  • Maintain documentation, traceability and improve processes and tools for scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, operations management, supply chain, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–8+ years in regulatory operations, compliance execution or technical program management in regulated environment.
  • Experience coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, quality and external partners.
  • Strong operational ownership, planning, organization and prioritization skills.
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; process-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with tracking, documentation and reporting tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience with certification bodies, test labs or regulatory partners.
  • Supporting multi-site manufacturing or complex product portfolios.
  • Familiarity with electrical manufacturing testing and certification.
  • Building dashboards or visual status reporting.
