Fully Remote. Preferred location: Latin America (Lima, Peru). Working hours: 9am to 5pm EST. Holidays: US Federal Holidays.

Salary: $1,200 - $1,500 USD per month

What you will do

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents like pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
• Manage and organize case files for completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
• Assist in trial preparation with exhibits, witness lists, and binders.
• Prepare settlement demands, medical chronologies, and summaries.
• File court documents and manage deadlines.
• Provide client updates and administrative support.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years as Paralegal with strong background in personal injury law
• Prior experience working with US law firms required
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures, court filings, and litigation processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for multiple cases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
