TL;DR

Litigation Paralegal (Civil Litigation): Supporting attorneys in civil litigation, personal injury, and construction defect matters with an accent on case management and trial preparation. Focus on drafting legal documents, organizing large volumes of records, and coordinating trial logistics.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or be able to work from the office 3 days a week in Bryn Mawr, PA

Salary: $34 - $41 / hour

What you will do

  • Support attorneys through all phases of civil litigation and case management.
  • Assist with propounding and responding to discovery, including interrogatories and subpoenas.
  • Manage comprehensive trial preparation, including witness coordination, exhibits, and trial notebooks.
  • Independently obtain, review, and organize medical records and calculate damages.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

  • Paralegal certification.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
  • Solid understanding of state and federal civil litigation deadlines and rules.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to work from the office 3 days a week in Bryn Mawr, PA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with litigation specifically within the state of Pennsylvania.
