What you will do

• Manage a supervised caseload of straightforward employment matters, such as unfair dismissal and wages claims.
• Conduct legal research and calculate losses to support colleagues on complex cases.
• Attend client meetings and assist in preparing cases for Employment Tribunals and the EAT.
• Produce high-standard legal work using case management systems, Word, and Excel.
