Salary: £180,400 - £244,000 GBP (OTE, base + commission)

What you will do

• Own complex sales cycles with Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies
• Build multi-threaded relationships across engineering, DevOps, observability, and procurement
• Sell consultatively, understanding customer business, technical landscape, and buying process
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Product, and Customer Success for tailored deals
• Drive pipeline growth, accurate forecasting, and exceed quota
• Represent at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings

Requirements

• 5+ years full-cycle enterprise SaaS selling, ideally in DevOps, observability, or cloud infrastructure
• Proven $500K+ multi-year deals with complex buying committees
• Strong executive presence to influence C-level across technical and non-technical roles
• Deep discovery, storytelling, and consultative selling expertise
• Track record building champions and navigating enterprise cycles
• Right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship
