What you will do

• Monitor land installation costs including labor, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and logistics
• Track budget vs. actuals, analyze deviations, and support corrective actions with site teams
• Link physical progress to financial KPIs and analyze productivity and crew efficiency
• Ensure alignment between contractual scope and site activities
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and cash flows for installation scope
• Support variation analysis, extra works, claims, and project close-out

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or similar) or economics
• Experience in onshore installation, construction, or EPC projects
• Strong exposure to site execution and operational environments
• Background in installation contractors, jointing/cabling companies, or subcontractors
• Ability to read technical drawings, method statements, and contracts
• Advanced Excel for cost tracking, data analysis, and reporting
• Strong communication with technical and financial stakeholders
