TL;DR
Intern - Financial Planning & Analysis (Finance): Supporting regional monthly reporting and financial planning processes for major EU and US markets with an accent on variance analysis and data consolidation. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Parma, Italy (Hybrid: flexible combination of on-site presence and remote training)
Salary: 1000 EUR monthly reimbursement

What you will do
- Assist in preparing regional monthly reports and performance dashboards.
- Perform first-level variance analyses (Actual vs Plan vs Forecast) for TOP5 EU and US markets.
- Contribute to Budget, Forecast, and Long-Range Plan cycles by collecting and validating affiliate inputs.
- Build ad-hoc analyses and KPIs to track the performance of regions, markets, products, or cost centers.
- Collaborate on the continuous improvement of FP&A tools and standardization of reporting models.
- Interact with Country Finance teams, Regional Heads of Finance, and other Global Finance units.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Management Engineering.
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial statements.
- Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Analytical mindset, proactive approach to problem solving, and attention to detail.
- Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Parma, Italy.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with planning and reporting tools (e.g., PCR/BOARD, BI platforms).
- Experience studying abroad.
