What you will do

• Monitor and analyze site financial performance, identifying improvement areas and proposing corrective actions.
• Supervise standard costs, cost-roll processes, bills of materials (BOM), and production cycles.
• Manage monthly closing processes and reconcile production and inventory accounts.
• Provide financial evaluations for investment decisions and Make-or-Buy scenarios.
• Lead annual budget planning, intra-year forecasts, and long-term strategic planning.
• Collaborate with production managers and the site director to optimize operational costs and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 7 years of experience in management control, specifically in industrial controlling.
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, production finance, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of international accounting principles and Italian tax regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and major financial management software.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
