What you will do

• Handle the active billing process including invoice coordination and submissions
• Calculate, verify, and manage commissions
• Monitor and resolve billing issues such as invoice rejections
• Administer agency contracts
• Collect and retrieve documentation from field personnel
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure office efficiency and support order/credit collections

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma with administrative/economic focus
• At least 2 years of professional experience in billing and accounts receivable
• Knowledge of main billing processes and administrative procedures
• Good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems like Navision Microsoft Dynamics
• Organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, flexibility, and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience in companies interacting with Public Administration and knowledge of related processes
