What you will do

• Support data collection, analysis, and preparation of financial files for planning cycles.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and variance analyses (Actual vs Budget/Forecast).
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify rationalization opportunities within product portfolios.
• Participate in Finance and CARE team meetings to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of financial processes.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn continuously.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience studying abroad.
