TL;DR

Global Head of MICE (hirify.global Events): Architect conversion and retention strategy for AI-driven events platform with an accent on scaling operations, hitting revenue targets, and improving service quality. Focus on leading global team growth, optimizing win-rates through processes and tech, and driving enterprise deals.

Must be based within commuting distance of our hubs for IRL-first hybrid work (in-person 3 days a week). Relocation support available from anywhere in the world for certain roles.

What you will do

  • Lead and grow a global team of Event Specialists and Managers from ~20 to 40, handling recruitment, development, motivation, and work allocation.
  • Own sales targets by converting pipeline into booked events, reporting metrics, identifying gaps, and driving growth.
  • Define service quality standards, monitor in real-time, strengthen feedback loops, and boost customer loyalty.
  • Optimize conversion win-rates via operational improvements based on feedback and metrics.
  • Support enterprise deals, RFPs, and high-value opportunities for large events.
  • Partner with Product to align roadmap with team needs and drive platform adoption.

Requirements

  • Perfect written and spoken English.
  • Proven track record scaling a business unit from $1M to $10M+ in MICE industry.
  • Experience managing large teams (6-8 direct reports) with high performance and engagement.
  • Persistent, resilient mindset thriving in scale-up chaos, with strategic and execution focus.
  • Strong analytical skills for precise performance reporting.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management across departments.
