London, United Kingdom. IRL-first hybrid: in-person 3 days a week, must be based within commuting distance of company hubs. Relocation support available for certain roles from anywhere in the world.

What you will do

  • Manage sales compensation plans, set individual targets, and issue compensation statements tailored to B2B SaaS sales.
  • Implement and evaluate SPIFFs for targeted objectives, adjusting for maximum impact.
  • Maintain documentation and communicate plan changes transparently to the sales team.
  • Automate processes for targets and commissions using sales commission tools.
  • Analyze performance data and propose optimizations in collaboration with sales leadership, finance, and HR.

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven experience in sales compensation in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of commission structures, SPIFF programs, and incentive strategies.
  • Advanced spreadsheets user (Google Sheets/Excel) with strong analytical skills for large datasets.
  • Experience with Salesforce and compensation software (e.g., Captivate IQ).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • High attention to detail, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
