What you will do
- Communicate onboarding process, set expectations, and manage project timelines and tasks.
- Guide and train partners on the platform to drive adoption and utilization of features like payments and add-ons.
- Lead partner onboarding, understand business needs, handle risks and objections, and ensure data accuracy during migration.
- Create training materials, Loom recordings, and Hubspot tasks for clear instructions and handover.
- Provide quality assurance, track progress, and support banking/KYC processes while staying compliant.
- Collaborate across teams and timezones, identify improvements, and assist with ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Bahasa Malay/Indonesia speaking
- On-site work in Manila
- High organizational and time management skills
- Commercially minded with ability to manage partner expectations
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation
- Project coordination experience preferred
- Team player comfortable in fast-paced environment
