What you will do
- Communicate onboarding process, set expectations, and guide partners through the platform to encourage adoption.
- Lead partner onboarding, manage risks and objections, understand business requirements, and provide product training.
- Perform quality assurance, track timelines, manipulate and clean data for CSV migrations, and create training materials like Loom recordings.
- Ensure accurate Hubspot usage, support banking/KYC processes, and collaborate across teams and timezones.
- Proactively improve processes, report issues, and assist with ad-hoc requests while covering team members.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Spanish speaking
- Commercially minded with strong organizational and time management skills
- Project coordination experience or certification highly desired
- Proficient in Excel and data cleaning
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; ability to influence and build relationships
- Flexible, self-starter comfortable in fast-paced environment; team player
