What you will do
- Communicate professionally with customers to address requests and resolve issues.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy during support interactions.
- Manage renewal and retention processes to ensure long-term customer loyalty.
- Utilize CRM tools to document interactions and track customer progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions based on process guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be a college graduate (or senior high school graduate under K-12).
- At least 2 years of experience in renewals, retention, or inside sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Willingness to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
- Ability to work on shifting schedules.
