What you will do

• Communicate professionally with customers to address specific requests and resolve issues.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy during support interactions.
• Manage renewal and retention processes to ensure client loyalty.
• Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to track and manage customer data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be a college graduate (or senior high school graduate under K-12 curriculum).
• At least 2 years of experience in renewals, retention, or inside sales.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang.
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules.
