What you will do
- Manage assigned non-key provider accounts and serve as their primary point of contact.
- Execute and coordinate contract amendments, including new locations and service lines.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and educate providers on partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Credentialing teams to facilitate provider onboarding.
- Analyze and report on KPIs to identify network gaps and cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 3+ years of experience in provider relations, contract administration, or account management.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial stewardship and cost-saving.
