Requirements

• 3+ years engineering team management experience
• 7+ years working directly in engineering teams
• 8+ years leading multi-tier web services definition and development
• 3+ years designing/architecting systems (patterns, reliability, scaling)
• Knowledge of full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle practices
• Experience partnering with product/program management teams
