What you will do

• Drive execution and delivery of high-quality features by collaborating with multi-functional teams, architects, product owners, and engineers
• Make critical product decisions, foresee and resolve issues proactively
• Lead daily stand-ups as Scrum Lead, align with product owners on priorities and risks
• Provide technical guidance, career development, mentoring, and maintain high team morale
• Participate in architecture discussions, multi-functional planning, and advocate for technical excellence
• Interview, hire top talent, and occasionally contribute to coding and feature verification

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years leading software engineering teams on fast-paced technical projects
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience in hiring, mentoring, and leading engineers
• Software engineering best practices: coding standards, code reviews, SCM, CI, build processes, testing, operations
• Agile methodologies and Scrum Master experience required
• Experience working on AWS/GCP required
