What you will do

• Develop and execute technical strategy aligning with company objectives, focusing on AI scaling and future-proof roadmap.
• Lead multiple engineering teams, hire AI-savvy engineers, and foster collaboration across squads.
• Own architecture of multi-tenant AI agent platform on AWS, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to align technical capabilities with business goals.
• Define SLAs, drive operational excellence, and promote continuous improvement.
• Spearhead cross-functional initiatives and evaluate emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience, including 5+ years engineering management with multiple teams.
• Expertise in AWS, cloud-native multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Understanding of API design, distributed systems, microservices, CI/CD.
• 5+ years hands-on development in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or React; comfortable with code reviews and system design.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products: LLM integrations, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines in production.
• Track record scaling small high-output teams with fast deployment cycles.

• Experience with AI agent platforms, orchestration frameworks, or AI developer tooling.
