Location: US - Remote Eligible. Must live in a state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity (excluded states listed on careers page).

Salary: $204,000 — $255,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and execute strategy for Host Listing Management using AI and data capabilities.
• Set priorities, balance speed and quality, and lead engineering execution on ambitious roadmap.
• Partner with Product, Design, ML/Data teams to deliver high-impact features from concept to production.
• Drive technical foundation for maintainable, extensible, scalable software architecture.
• Lead and mentor ~8+ engineers across mobile, web frontend, and backend services.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and key engineering teams on multi-year roadmaps and milestones.

Requirements

• 9+ years industry experience, minimum 3-5 years in engineering management.
• Track record of partnering with design and product leadership via prototypes and demos.
• Expertise in 1-2 year technical strategies and roadmaps with executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading high-performing, inclusive teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong people management, mentorship, recruiting, and talent retention skills.
