TL;DR

Paid Media Specialist (Digital Advertising): Own and lead global paid media strategy across search, display, programmatic, paid social, paid video, ABM, and referrals, translating business goals into pipeline-generating programs with an accent on full-funnel optimization, budget management, and ROI. Focus on developing experimentation roadmaps, refining performance measurement frameworks, and driving cross-functional collaboration for integrated campaigns.

Location: Austin, Texas, United States. Hybrid work model (minimum 2 days per week onsite near hirify.global office)

What you will do

  • Develop and own global paid media strategy across multiple channels including SEA, display, programmatic, paid social, video, ABM, and referrals.
  • Translate business goals into pipeline-generating programs with optimal channel mix, targeting, and messaging.
  • Define experimentation roadmaps, oversee budget forecasting, allocation, and pacing.
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, attribution models, and reporting.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership and partner with content, product marketing, and PLG teams.
  • Manage agencies, vendors, and stay ahead of industry trends and platform evolutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in paid media, performance marketing, or digital strategy in B2B/SaaS environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Expert knowledge of SEA, paid social, programmatic, retargeting, and multi-channel orchestration
  • Strong analytics skills with KPI definition, reporting, attribution (Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio)
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, DSPs; budget/ROI optimization experience
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce, Pardot)

Nice to have

  • Experience with ABM platforms (6Sense, N.Rich), DV360, Search360, G2 marketing
  • Google Cookie Consent Mode
  • Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn, Pardot/HubSpot)
