Location: We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours.

Salary: $75,000–$115,000

What you will do

• Drive Paid Media strategy through an integrated approach, leveraging expertise across multiple channels.
• Leverage big data, automation, and machine learning to make optimization and growth recommendations at scale.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Creative, and Analytics to build holistic strategies.
• Create, test, and optimize ad copy and landing pages rooted in data to drive relevant experiences and measurable results.
• Contribute to Seer's thought leadership through blog posts, industry forums, internal trainings, and team knowledge-sharing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted partner and extension of their team.

Requirements

• Experience managing Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms, industries, and campaign types.
• Fluency in data: comfortable analyzing large, multi-channel data sets and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with automation, machine learning, and tools like Supermetrics and Google Data Studio (or equivalent).
• A collaborative, integrated mindset; understanding that Paid Media works best alongside SEO, Creative, and Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to make technical insights digestible and compelling for clients.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; experience with data viz tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
