What you will do

• Define and own the paid media strategy for North America across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) and PPC (Search, Shopping, YouTube).
• Lead and mentor the Paid Media team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
• Manage large budgets ($1M+/month) to drive revenue, ROAS, and cost efficiency targets.
• Partner with the measurement team to evolve tracking and attribution strategies in response to privacy and cookie changes.
• Execute first-party data acquisition and activation strategies to improve targeting and performance.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth levers and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media, specifically with Google and Meta.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing a high-performing team.
• Proven track record of owning and optimizing large-scale budgets ($1M+/month).
• Experience working in an eCommerce/DTC environment is essential.
• Advanced analytical skills and a deep understanding of measurement and attribution.
