What you will do

  • Lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization across paid social, display, and video to hit sales, ROI, and channel goals
  • Track performance, report key wins, and apply learnings to inform future strategies
  • Manage in-platform activations, optimizing targeting, budgets, creative, and landing pages
  • Coordinate creative development, brief teams, and define ad strategies
  • Monitor trends and build campaign roadmaps aligned with business and seasonal priorities
  • Analyze data and share insights with cross-functional teams and leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing paid social, display, or video campaigns with hands-on execution
  • Experience with multimillion-dollar budgets
  • Deep knowledge of digital ad ecosystems, including structures, audiences, bidding, and attribution
  • Strong data analysis skills using Excel for large datasets and optimizations
  • Full-funnel strategy understanding and organizational skills for multiple projects
  • Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration

Nice to have

  • Analytics tools like A/B testing, Google Analytics, Mixed Media Modeling
  • Retail/eCommerce D2C experience
  • Retail calendar and seasonal knowledge
