What you will do

• Develop and optimize advanced paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Translate business goals into creative briefs, budget plans, and KPIs for complex sales cycles.
• Build reporting dashboards via NinjaCat, Databox, and HubSpot to communicate ROI.
• Serve as the primary strategic contact for high-value clients, leading QBRs and performance updates.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with creative and development teams on campaign assets.
• Identify and execute upsell opportunities to expand client contracts.

Requirements

• 5–6+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and at least one other platform (LinkedIn, Microsoft, or TikTok).
• Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and revenue attribution.
• Experience with GA4, Databox, and HubSpot dashboards.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
